Terms and Conditions
The number of people who will be present at the photo session is agreed upon with the photographer in advance.
- If the shooting takes place in a photo studio or any other paid location, the cost of rent/entrance is paid by the client separately for the photographer and for all participants in the photo session.
- The location is rented for a time corresponding to the duration of the shooting depending on the chosen package.
- The photographer does not take responsibility for the lateness of the client to the rented location. In case of delay, the number of photos at the exit may be reduced.
- Booking requires a deposit. In case of transfer/cancellation of the photo session by the photographer, the deposit is refunded. In the case of transfer from the client side, it remains. The transfer is possible up to 3 times within 6 months in case of a prior warning 12 hours before the appointed time.
- The rest is paid on the shooting day, after the shooting.
- Within 5 days after the photo session (unless otherwise agreed), you will receive the number of photos indicated in the package through the file exchanger on this site.
- You have 3 months to download the files.
- Photos are selected exclusively by the photographer.
- Additional processing based on customer comments is not possible.
- Photo processing by the author corresponds to the style of the portfolio.
- Raw files are not transferred.
- The rest of the photo (except for the number indicated in the package) is not transferred.
- For a fee, it is possible to purchase additionally ALL frames from the shooting in jpeg without processing. The cost of the service is $100. Payment and ordering of the service take place together with the prepayment. All files will be uploaded to the file-sharing service on the day of shooting.
